As women, we often think that doing more will bring us closer to joy and fulfillment.
Lack connection? We join the PTA.
Feel angry? We start working out.

On the Back Porch Bestie podcast, you can expect to hear relatable conversations, as well as interviews with experts who can deepen your understanding of childhood experiences, patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, and point you toward self-discovery and inner joy.
